With cold and flu season upon us, it is easy for students to fall behind in their studies due to missed days of school. Proper nutrition, adequate hydration & sleep, and daily exercise insures our immune system is strong. A strong immune system is able to ward off sickness & disease. Healthy foods are crucial to helping our bodies run smoothly, both mentally & physically. Many of today's youth are lacking in important vitamins & minerals, and are consuming too many processed & sugary junk foods. Try increasing these foods in your diet to help boost your immune system.
